Row Vertical Alignment not working

I m following the: https://siteorigin.com/page-builder-cell-vertical-alignment/
and still not getting the alignement.

    Hi Ricardo

    Thanks for posting.

    The background color needs to be applied to the cell to work in the manner you’re looking for. Remove the existing background color. Then edit the row and select the cell you’d like to edit. Once the cell is selected a new Cell Styles panel will appear on the right. Set the cell background color for each cell and the stretch setting should work as required.
