Row percentages default to 50%/50% in mobile when set to “no collapse”

I’m having the exact same issue as is described in this unresolved post here: https://siteorigin.com/thread/responsive-row-percentages-are-broken-with-no-collapse/

Row percentages within my layout builder rows are set to 10%/90%, 2 rows “even”, and render just fine in desktop view. In anything 786 or below, the percentages return to 50%/50% when the rows are set to no collapse. the row contains a siteorigin social media button in one cell and a plain text widget in the second cell. Is there a fix or workaround for this? I may end up abandoning the widgets here altogether as I cannot figure out how to get it to stop doing this.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Sara,

To clarify, what is your Use Legacy Layout Engine setting set to? I ask as only the newer layout engine can use this setting so if it’s set to an older legacy layout engine you’ll need to set it to Detect Older Browsers or Always.

You can find this setting by navigating to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab.

f your layout is set to Always or Detect Older browsers, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? Also, would it be possible for you to send me an export for the page that contains the relevant rows? To do this please open up the relavent page in the editor and click the Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
