Row padding settings ignored when using a custom row Id

With a custom row ID set for a row, the row padding settings are ignored. As soon as I remove the custom ID, the settings work again. Part of it seems to be the inline scripts on the page not respecting the custom row ID.

This issue seems related to this one: https://siteorigin.com/thread/row-padding-setting-ignored-after-update-to-2-4-23/

(I attempted to reply to that thread, but was greeted with a message saying that comments were not allowed for that post.)

    Hi Chris,

This should be resolved in the latest update for SiteOrigin Page Builder, 2.4.24. Can you please try updating to that version to see if that helps?
