Row padding no longer working

Hello,
Whilst changing some other part on the page (adding the clients section) the last part of the page broke.
http://dev.agencychina.com/ –> section with “Did you get excited?”
The row padding no longer works, it’s setup exactly the same as another similar row on another page;
http://dev.agencychina.com/profiles/
Yet there it still works.

What can I do to get the row padding to respond again?

    Hi Claudia,

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look at your row settings? I ask as I can’t seem to see any padding being applied for the row.
