Row not full width on prod site

I developed a site on my own host, then moved it to the client’s host (and domain). The test site has full width rows but the production site does not. Same exact settings! I have looked at everything over and over.

Please compare home pages on:

1. www.chooseamc.com/acresocal

2. www.acresocal.com

Check the image (row) under the opening paragraph (bokah lights) as well as the Benefits of Corporate Sponsorship row. On site 1 (test), the rows are full width. On site 2 (production), they are not full width and are not responsive to full width settings of the siteorigin image widget and siteorigin editor widget.

Same version of the plugins, same version of WordPress. Not sure what else to check.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Terri,

You have two issues present on acresocal.com. 1 is a CORS issue which you can fix by talking to your hosting provider and the other is a plugin conflict (trust me, there’s a difference in settings).

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

Thanks Alex. I was gone this weekend but then came back to the site being fixed. Not sure if you did something? Perhaps the WordPress update fixed it? Confused but happy, haha.

    You can close the ticket.

    Hi Terri,

I didn’t make any changes as I didn’t have direct access so I would presume an update resolved this issue for you.
