Hello
I’m using page builder with Understrap theme. When I set new row with multiple columns this panel(#pg-7-0, the number changes depends on page) gets strange margin values: – 10px left and right. I didn’t set it anywhere. Page inspector points that this values was added by script not css. Why it happens and how to change this? I don’t want to overite each selector(#pg-1-0, #pg-2-0, etc.) in css file.
Regards
Michał.
Hi Michał
Thanks for reaching out. The CSS you’re seeing generated is part of Page Builder’s grid engine. You can set the global values at Settings > Page Builder > Layout.
Perhaps you can let us know what you’re looking to achieve with Custom CSS and we’ll advise the best way to do that using row and widget attributes (custom ID’s and classes).
Hello and thanks for replay.
You are 100% correct – margin was added by Page Builder engine. I figure it out by changing gap values in PB. This strange margin is half of gap I’ve set. I assume it should be like that – engine gives the negative margin to recompense gap setting. It took me a while to see that:) So, at the end everything is ok. But once again – thanks for replay and effort.
Best regards
Michał.
Super, really glad to hear things are making more sense now. All the best with your site and upcoming projects :)
