Row Full Width not working with AccessPress Parallax theme

Hi,

Here is the site url: http://torbayworkhub.co.uk/

The first slide works perfectly and then the second slide (and row) doesn’t run full width UNLESS you grab corner of web page and adjust dimensions (width or height)

Works perfectly after that adjustment, but obviously anyone coming to the site for the first time will see the error/bug.

Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
