    Hi DehGeh,

    Unfortunately, the Row Background Image Overlay functionality isn’t a standard feature in SiteOrigin Page Builder so I’m not too sure what could have been adding this. Hm. What theme are you using?

    Hi Alex, thank you for your Reply. You are right, I got it wrong.
    I’m using the Sydney-Theme https://athemes.com/theme/sydney/ on website A and an older version of Striking http://kaptinlin.com/preview/ on website B, where I did the update first. There I wanted to use the overlay on a new element like I did on site A, but the feature was gone (probably never there in the first place!) so I checked back on website A and there it was still available, so I suspected the update.
    But I did the update on Website A now too and the feature is still here – so it is apparently added by the Sydney-Theme. That possibility did not occur to me …!

    Maybe you want to add that setting as a standard for Row Background Image, it’s neat ;-)

    I’ve marked this thread as a feature request. We often look through these threads to get ideas for what to add in our future updates. Hopefully, we’ll be able to add this in a future update.
