I am new to this page builder, trying to make a website here (not yet done, just a test – in Russian, sorry): http://eichut.net/shay-grinshpun/wordpress/
The thing I would like to do is this: for the round icons I have made images for rollover as a background image, size 150x300px, one circle above another (you may see the second one, the others are for now just single-circle images). But I cannot seem to make the CSS for the rollover.
Can you please assist?

Actually, it’s a pretty straightforward matter, but I understand, this is your pitch for the Premium deal, I’ve seen this answer on a few very simple requests in the forum and suspected this would be the reply I’d get. I hoped it wouldn’t be…
I do not code in PHP, but I do understand coding, HTML and CSS and know this to be a pretty simple thing.
This “what’s in it for me” “customer service” approach of yours is VERY short-sighted, making you miss would-be customers for Premium.
Just so you know, if you would have given the support for my needs for this website while I am trying out your system – I would probably have purchased it. Now I probably won’t.
As it is, I will either solve it myself or move to some other, more customer-oriented, system.

I’m sorry we weren’t able to be of assistance with this. Unfortunately, due to our size, we need to ensure the time we spend providing free support is focused on helping as many people as possible. This means that if a user needs custom CSS, we can only reasonably do that that if it’ll help a number of people and your CSS is unlikely to help other people. As such, we can only reasonably provide assistance if you were a premium user. I know this isn’t ideal, and for that, we’re sorry – we wish we would be of further assistance but we can’t.
