Hello,

Our graphics designer recommend Revolution Slider, rather than Meta Slider. I have to agree that I have found the Meta Slider to be disappointing.

How do I swap Revolution Slider in using the Vantage theme?

    Thanks Greg.

    I am struggling getting Meta Slider to even work — I have the Pro version. Our designer stopped working on this and refused to use Meta Slider. So I am trying to get the overlay to work. I created a transparent PNG with the overlay text, uploaded it to Media, and added the overlay URL to the Caption. The image and the overlay are the same image size.

    But the overlay and the slider image do not work together. The overlay appears above the image on the page, and pushes the image down. The overlay does not “overlay” the image.

    I am trying to avoid having to swap out sliders.

    Any ideas?

    As Greg recommended, I dived into the slider swap with Jake so that’s a good thread to refer to for the requirement.
