Hi, I have the same issue as another user posted in this thread; I’ve just done a ‘restore’ to a version from 10 minutes ago and it has messed up the formatting for the entire home page, which I’ve put a huge amount of work into. When you say in your response to the other user “you can avoid this issue by temporarily changing to a different theme. Please note that this issue will remain for any saves made when the 2.5.12 was active”, are you saying that all of this previous work is lost?
…Here’s an example of how the revisions look in the revision comparison pane:
Also, when I clicked ‘restore’ for my homepage, it threw me to one of my testimonials pages for some reason.
I now remember this happened the last time I tried to do a restore, quite some time ago – at that stage I had to delete the page entirely (since all revisions then, as now, showed the same div/"-riddled content) and rebuild it from scratch. Please tell me I don’t need to do that again. :/
Hi Tracy
Thanks for reaching out and for your detailed reporting. Last night we released an update for Page Builder that resolves this issue. We also spent the evening trying to develop a method to fix the position you’re in and most unfortunately, weren’t able to find one. We’re really sorry for the page content loss this caused, it’s the last thing we want to happen to you.

Hi Andrew, thanks for the quick reply and the subscription offer. I appreciate you trying to create a rollback; I’ll do it the long way this time and I’m glad to hear the issue’s been ID’d and fixed for future versions, as I would like to continue using SO (and recommending it to clients).
Cheers and have a good day,
Tracy
