responsive stopped working on the smartphone view

By Chiho Mizuno, 8 years ago. Last reply by Alex S, 8 years ago.

Viewed in Smartphone, recently the text-links of “full site display” and the “mobile site display” and the “proudly powered by WordpRess” started to appear on the bottom. And the whole website design has been changed in smartphone view. But when I click “full site display”, it changes to what I always used to see on the smartphone.

I don’t think my website using Vantage doesn’t need the display change link on the bottom. But recently this has started to appear on the bottom, and worst of all, Vantage responsive design isn’t applied to the website anymore only when viewed in smartphone…

Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Chiho,

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

To clarify, do you have have the responsive layout enabled? To check for this please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceTheme Settings and then enable Responsive Layout. If you have Vantage Premium, please enable the Responsive Menu also. Then please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and then open the Layout tab and ensure that the Responsive Layout setting is enabled.
