responsive stopped working on the smartphone view

Viewed in Smartphone, recently the text-links of “full site display” and the “mobile site display” and the “proudly powered by WordpRess” started to appear on the bottom. And the whole website design has been changed in smartphone view. But when I click “full site display”, it changes to what I always used to see on…
