Hey there! I’ve been helping a friend build his website and so far, everthing is okay, all except on the horizontal view from an ipad, somehow, all the contents from some rows get pushed on the right, and i can’t seem to know why, maybe i set up wrongly the custom css (media query) or set up wrongly the rows. Could you give me a hand in fixing that problem?

Here is the link to the site: http://rosemontcg.com/
Thanks a bunch!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Franciscaluz,

You’ve enabled the Tablet layout which will allow two cells to appear side by side on tablet devices. This is normally a really good idea but as you’re using empty cells for spacing, sometimes you’ll end up with cells appearing seemingly randomly on the right of the row.

Your best bet to avoid this would be to either disable the Tablet Layout or remove the empty cells in ie negatively affected rows and use padding to achieve the desired padding instead.

For the former, please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout settings group. Untick Use Tablet Layout.

For the latter, you can add padding to rows by heading over to the row styles sidebar and open the Layout settings group. You’ll find the row Padding Options there.

Hi Alex! I deactivated the tablet layout, fixed empty columns and tweaked around with the padding and all is running smoothly! Thanks a bunch for your help! You guys rock!

Quick question though, i was a bit concerned about the homepage’s loading speed. The main parallax takes some time to appear in full mode. I did change it to make the image responsive as much as i could on my custom css, maybe i wrongly set up the row? It’s such a small site for the moment i really don’t know why it would be so slow to load ONE page and that particular image. I poked around the forum and added a few plugins (Wp Super cache, Wp Smush etc.) but can’t seem to fix that bug… Would you know if there is an old thread on this forum that commented on these issues already?

    Regards,
    F.
