Responsive Menu when menu overflows

Is it possible to use Responsive Menu when menu overflows to the next line having more than one line for the menu?

    Hi phil

    Under Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation it’s possible to increase the mobile menu breakpoint in px to match the point that the overflow is happening.
