Hi guys,
I upgraded to premium to get the mobile menu but am not having any joy. After reading the posts, I disabled all plug-ins and still no joy. I also tried unchecking responsive menus and saving then going back and checking responsive menus but no luck. I have tried it by reducing my window size, on a iphone 5 and iphone 6. I have cleared the cache on the devices as well.
I would appreciate your help.

Go to appearance>theme settings>navigation and scroll down to “Mobile Menu Collapse” I suggest you add the collapse to 780. (This will cause the menu to collapse to mobile view at 780 px.) Of course you can do any pixel number you desire. 780 is a tablet view. 480 is a popular cellphone responsive view..
Sorry but it is my bad in not understanding the settings properly. Here is what i missed in case there are other people out there as dim as me:
– Go to Theme settings
– Responsive Menu setting is right at the top. Turn this on. (easy so far).
– now scroll all the way down to ‘Mobile menu Collapse’. Set your resolution to somthing like 480.
VOILA It works perfectly.
