Responsive menu not working on mobile

Hi guys, I upgraded to premium to get the mobile menu but am not having any joy. After reading the posts, I disabled all plug-ins and still no joy. I also tried unchecking responsive menus and saving then going back and checking responsive menus but no luck. I have tried it by reducing my window…
