Responsive Menu Not Working

11 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 11 years ago

The responsive layout was working, but after adding a number of pages to my menu clicking the menu button now does nothing. I haven’t made any customization to any of the theme .css files. I’ve tried removing the added menu options to see if that caused the error, but it didn’t help. The menu works on a mobile device when the view is greater than 480.

    Hi Russ

    Thanks for running Vantage.

All looks normal on my side. If you’d like to increase the resolution at which the mobile menu is initiated please head to Appearance > Theme Settings > Navigation and adjust Mobile Menu Collapse. 780 for example would make the menu kick in for iPad in portrait view.

Andrew- I’ve confirmed that the menu works if I use chrome, but doesn’t work if I use Safari on my iPhone. Any ideas why?

Thanks for the additional info. The responsive menu seems to be working correctly in iOS Safari on my side. Hard to say why this isn’t the case on your side. Perhaps try clearing Safaris browsing history and re-test.
