Responsive layout not working with widgets

I am sure its something simple though I can ensure that responsive layout is enabled.
Cannot get the widgets to stack when in mobile view.

In the example I have 1 row with 4 equal columns.

Basically I am trying to achieve the same result that is on the official Vantage demo.

    Hi Cjackson,

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.
