Hi, i have a problem using the responsive option.

My site is www.deochueco.cl , still under construction.
when i enter to the site with a smartphone is not using the theme vantage. why is this happening?

but if i enter to the site in a computer with a explorer size less than 700px it work the responsive menu.

    i solved it, it was jetpack.
    a responsive plugin.
