Responsive Design stopped working

On my site dagou.de which i am currently building, the responsive design has suddenly stopped working in chrome. I can’t figure out why. It’s using vantage pro theme.

    Hi Jens,

    I’ve had a quick look at your website and it looks like you’ve resolved this issue. Do you still need assistance with this? If so, can you please elaborate on what isn’t coming up as a responsive?
