Responsive design in my theme doesn’t work because of pagebuilder

Hello, good night (here in Spain)
First of all, i would like to apologize because of my english and the way that i can explain myself.

I bought a template for my site. It is almost finish but i’ve got some problems caused by Pagebuilder (the pluggin that i used to build the page). When i upload the web and visit in in different supports, some of the parts of the web doesn’t adjust in a responsive way to the screen… when i see the different contact forms that we have (contact and appointment), the colums doesn’t fixed to the space, it looks bigger and out of the screen…

Do you know if this can be solved?
