resize to screen hero widget

Dear Siteorigin,
I see that you have addressed this topic more than once, but it seems like I can’t find the answer that works for me, so sorry if it’s a duplicate…
my website is www.incantowine.com done with pagebuilder starting from business insider theme from wordpress
If you take a look at it, you can notice that the first box is a hero box with 2 images.
Is there a way I make sure that the picture is resized to the smallest dimension of the screen so that I make sure that I always see the full picture no matter what device or screen I am using?

thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Alessio,

Please open the relevant hero widget and open the Design and Layout settings group. Set the Extra Top Padding to 35vmin and save. Set the Top and Bottom padding to 0vmin.

Blank the height field (it should not be set to anything – not 0). How does that look? If it doesn’t look right, set it to 90vmin

so that I make sure that I always see the full picture no matter what device or screen I am using?

Unfortunately, this isn’t possible due to how background images work in CSS. Your best bet is to find settings that work for the image you’re looking to use and resize it as desired. Alternatively, I would use a SiteOrigin Image widget instead as that’s an HTML image and can perfectly scale.
