Removing white space above the masthead

I would like to remove the white space above the masthead in Vatange. I have linked an image showing the space I am talking about. Basically I want the main nave to be flush with the top of the screen, the area in red in the picture.

    Please try the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Vantage Boxed Layout - Remove Top Padding */

#page-wrapper {
padding-top: 0;
}

    Should do the trick.
