Removing Space between header and first row, between rows
I’ve been fishing around this site for a lot of different possible ways to get rid of the top padding on the rows, but the custom CSS I’ve seen use doesn’t seem to be working. https://www.uvaguides.org/builder/home/ Here is a page I am referring to. You can see there is the same issue between the header and the first row as well as the first and second row.

1Hi Peter,
This spacing is row bottom margin. You have two options for changing this, row by row and globally.
Row by Row
Please open the row that has spacing after it that you would like to remove by clicking the wrench icon above the row and head over to the row styles sidebar. Open the Layout settings group and set the bottom margin to 0.
Globally
Please navigate to WP AdminSettingsPage Builder and open the Layout tab. Set the Row Bottom Margin to the desired amount of spacing.
