Remove white space between the rows

Hello! Need some help to remove any gap between page builder rows. I studied all the threads here regarding this issue. What I tried^
– set margins to 0 in page builder settings
– applied different custom CSS at the rows’ “appearance” settings
– installed simple custom CSS plugin and tried different codes there
– set padding to 0 at the row layout settings
None of them showed result that I need – gap between the row still there. Can someone help me with this issue? Thanks!
