Could you please advise how I can disable / hide the website URL field from the comment form?

Many thanks

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Idn101

    First of all I apologize for the delayed response.

    You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.

    .entry-content a {
        display:none!important
    }

    Try that out and let me know the outcome

    Cheers

    I added the custom code- purrged the caches and took a look at the website.

    Immediately I noticed that Metaslider Pro wasnt working- it was just blank- no images or title below.

    I deleted the custom code, purged and reloaded. Meta Slider Pro working as before.

    Please help :)

    Many thanks,
    Ian

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Idn101

    Thanks for reaching out.

    I just tested this plugin out and it seems to work well:

    Hide-n-Disable-comment-url-field
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-n-disable-comment-url-field/

    It’s basically doing what I would have otherwise suggested we do using a filter contained in a child theme. Just bundled as a plugin. Give it a go and let us know how it turns out.
