Hi :)

I have a problem, that seems to be imposible for me to solve by myself.

I use Vantage Premium and it was great, up until I wanted to have a picture as a backgroung for one row in my page biulder. The thing ist, on my homepage I want to have a picture right beneath the Mastmenu (Starting without space) and on top the picture couple of buttons (in this case featues widget made).

Also I would want my (home)page name to appear at the top, on the picture, right above the buttons and beneath the menu.

I hope ypu understood what I meant!

Thanks very much!

P.S. I was using the free verson for couple of months but decided to buy the premium last night. It has been a great experience with both versions :)))

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi MikeMSG

    Go to your Media Library, locate the image you’d like to use as the background for this row. Click on that image and then copy the url from the right column metabox.

    Go to Appearance > Home Page, edit the first row, while editing the row, click Theme tab on the right, enter image url in as Background Image. Then click Layout tab and use the Row Layout drop down menu to select, Full Width – Stretched.

    At this point you should have a full width row with an image as the background. You can now add widgets to that as required, they will appear over the image.

    To remove the top padding that exists in the Vantage content container, enter the following under Appearance > Custom CSS:

    /* Home - Main Container */.home #main {padding-top: 0;}

    Hope that helps.

    Thanks a lot! The whole picture inserting thing i had already done. But the CSS-code made the difference! Lots of thanks! :)

    I also put up a second thread about the circle icons on my homepage, made with “feautures widget”. Is there any way to add to them a hover effect of any kind!?
