Remove space on the left and right of columns.

Here is the page I am messing around with http://www.gracemedicaloffice.com/sample/
I want to create three columns to add text to, but I want the left and right columns to be full stretched and not have any space on the sides. I already figured out the gutter function that removes the space between the columns, but how do I make it full width?

    Hi Clay

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you edit a row you can click the Layout heading on the right and change the Row Layout to Full Width or Full Width Stretched.
