Remove search field in theme Focus

I would like to remove the search field on my posts, but can’t find the way to do it?

Also I would like the top of the text field in a post to be aligned with the black site bars…

Help?

    Go to Gadgets, and remove Search bar from sidebar?

    You mean widgets? I have no widgets in the sidebar…

      Hi Andrew

      You can fix/change this with some custom CSS. If you navigate to AppearanceCustom CSS, you’ll get our custom CSS editor. Just add the following code.

      #secondary .widget.widget_search {
	display: none;
}

      You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
