remove gray bars above and below hero image.

hi. these thin gray bars appear above and below my hero images and disappear when i refresh the page. i cant figure out how to permanently remove them.

the thin gray bars outline the entire hero image actually and only show on mobile

i changed the background color to white and it fixed it.
