Remove “Continue Reading” from posts.

Hi,

As you can see in the image, I have both “Continue Reading” and “Read More”
The continue reading only shows when I use the site origin text editor, but not WP editor.

Is there a way to remove this please?

I came across this code in a different post here, but doesn’t change anything.
