How could I reduce or remove the blank space between horizontal rows. I do not have knowledge in coding but managed to build my website using various tutorials.

I have solved my problem by going through other threads. Time consuming but very useful as I am new to WP.

If you’d like to make your logo bigger you could remove the constraint on its size from Appearance > Theme Settings > Logo > uncheck Constrain Logo Height.
If you’d like to make your row with the circle icons on your home page, full width, try this:
Edit the home page.
Locate the row with circle icons on it.
Edit that row by clicking the wrench icon far right then Edit Row.
Click Layout tab, then set the Row Layout to Full Width Stretched.
