Reduce whitespace above and below page title

its make me sad. I really try hard to reduce whitespace above and below page title and footer also. Please help me out of this problem.

    Hi MD,

    The spacing below the slider and above the footer can be removed by adjusting your Page Settings. The setting adding this space is Masthead Bottom Margin and Footer Top Margin, simply untick them and the spacing will be removed.
