Reduce the Size of custom image in Circle icon

I have created a series of custom graphics for the circle icons in Vantage, but my images are larger in the circle than the standard Font Awesome icons. They don’t really look like they go together.

How do I reduce the image size?

Do I change how Vantage sizes images in the Circle Icon?

Or, do I import a small version of the icon graphic into Media? If that, then what size are the Font Awesome images?

Thanks for the great support.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hey James. As you know there are three sizes you can choose from in the circle icon widget’s settings, small, medium and large. Open your browser’s developer tool and inspect the icon in the circle icon widget and you’ll get the icon size you need. Then re-size your own images accordingly and re-upload them to your media library.

Our tutorial here shows how to use the developer tool to inspect elements: https://siteorigin.com/basics/modifying-theme-design-with-custom-css/. Even as a general webmaster it’s a very useful tool to be able to deploy.

Let me know how you come along.
