Reduce space

I have big gaps between rows.
Both between single rows, as well as between widgets within the same row.
How do I reduce this?

I’m using WordPress theme Zerif Pro and SiteOrigin Editor.

    Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s adding the spacing?

    And I have attached 2 pictures, one of the page showing the space, and a picture of the site builder, where you can see how I did it.
    I’m a beginner, maybe that is some of the reason ?
