what would the css code be for reducing the margin-bottom of one specific cell

Unfortunately we don’t give control over the bottom margin for a specific cell, but we do have this level of control over rows Page: Styling a Page
If you’d like to control the bottom margin of a cell, you could do this using SiteOrigin CSS, but you’d need to be quite familiar with CSS to achieve this.
