    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Amy

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

    Thanks

    Andrew

Well I think we fixed it (or it fixed itself)! But now I have another couple of questions for you, if it is okay to mention them here?

We cannot use the "Edit" function on a certain page –
    https://sad1.org/covid-dashboard/
    We get this error message:
We've been using the "revision" functionality as a workaround, but we update this page daily and it is just kind of inconvenient.

Also, we've noticed some strange things when updating pages or creating posts that just started happening this week. One example is this:

    https://sad1.org/notice-regarding-special-education-records%ef%bf%bc/
What is the OBJ at the end and how can I get rid of it?

Additionally, the lines in the background of the first staff member here:

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Amy

Thanks for your reply; I’m glad to hear you’ve made progress.

We usually prefer a question per thread on the forum but let’s take a look at the issue you’ve highlighted above. Kindly, note that the forum doesn’t support images. Images can be uploaded to any online location like your Media Library in WP or imgur.com and the link shared.

If the Page Builder widget edit link isn’t working there might be a JS error on the page. Please, try seeking a working baseline. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Page Builder the Widgets Bundle.

The OBJ is formatting in your post title. Edit the post in question and backspace until you reach the last letter.

The lines are part of the overall staff member styling. The lines are added by CSS included on the page. The CSS is either included manually or as part of theme/plugin functionality. Ideally, the authoring party would assist to resolving the styling.

Thank you for entertaining my questions! Our director who managed the site is no longer here, so I am learning as I go.

I saw the disabling of all plugins except the Page Builder and Widgets
Bundle suggestion on a previous forum post and tried it, but it did not seem to change anything. Unless there is a window of time that I need to wait for any changes to occur? Do you have any other suggestions?

I resolved the post title issue – now I feel silly. Thank you…

I will have to look into the horizontal lines problem a bit more.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’m glad to hear you’re making some progress.

Please, upload a screenshot of the edit link issue and send the link. We’ll take a look.

We, unfortunately, aren’t able to assist with custom styling challenges within our free support scope. If you need a hand with queries of that nature in the future, we can assist within our premium support scope.

    Thanks

I just uploaded the screenshot of the error – titled COVID Dashboard Page
Error – and included the link in the description as well as here:
    https://sad1.org/covid-dashboard/

    Did I do that correctly?

    Hi Amy

Screenshots can be uploaded anywhere public. Dropbox, Drive, WeTransfer, your WordPress Media Library, or Imgur.com. Once you’ve uploaded your screenshots you can share them with us by posting the link to the screenshot file.

    Hi, I Work Here

No worries. It’s possible to find out what the error is. It’s a semi-technical task. Here is how that can be achieved:
