Reactivity problem since the update

Hello,

I have been looking for a few days and I found the problem, the problem come from the plugin Page Builder, the latest update sometimes disrupts (it’s random) navigation especially on tablet and mobile.

Problem:

1- I click on a one page menu
2- The site does not change the page continuously, it takes a long time, sometimes it takes a long time to load a page, this is not systematic.

When I disable the plugin, I have no problem on my site

Do you plan to fix the problem in the next update? Or how to go back to the other version ?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Skynet,

Does this issue occur while only SitOrigin plugins are active? I ask as we haven’t received any other reports like this so I suspect another plugin is conflicting with SiteOrigin page Builder.

Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
