Reaction for changing theme is too late.

Hi,

When I change something for theme, the reaction is too late. For examle, If I change a footer element, It’s about 30minute and more that the reaction is reflected to site . And the term is even irregular.
I suspected a plugin – ‘WP super cash’ . So I let the plugin deactivated. But, I could get the result that I expected.

What I have to do?

    This might be caching either on your hosts or even your local ISP. Would it be possible for you to ask both if they’re doing any caching?
