Hey guys!
I’ve come across a weird issue whereby the radio field values for each item are ignored except for the last one. I have one repeater inside another and the radio field is contained in the 2nd level repeater.
I’ve come across the following thread, which had the same issue ()https://siteorigin.com/thread/radio-buttons-not-working/). However, it doesn’t seem like it got fixed, as it still persists.
Thanks!
Hi Abir,
Hm, that’s odd. This should have been resolved in a semi-recent update. To clarify, are you using the latest version of SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle (1.8.1)?
If you are, would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the widget you’re working on?
Hey Alex,
Thank you very much on your help!
How do I send the file to you?
Hi Abir,
I would recommend using teknik.io or something like Google Drive. If it’s a single file, maybe try Pastebin. Let me know if you need an email – please note that we cannot process email attachments at this time.
Here you are Alex: Private Snippet
Please let me know if you require anything else :)
Hi Abir,
Thanks! Please note that I’ve hidden the link.
Keep forgetting, my page builder version is the latest available: Version 2.4.25
Hi Abir,
Okay cool.
What about the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle? That widget specifically adds the widgets bundle function and SiteOrigin Page Builder is more of a semi-connected plugin.
Also latest available: SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle – Version 1.8.1
Hi Abir,
Okay, so I’ve logged this as a bug. Basically, everything is saving correctly (you can confirm this by inspecting the $instance data or checking the HTML of the selected radio) but it’s just not showing in the settings due to a display issue. We recently (read: November) fixed this display for radios one level deep but I guess it didn’t carry over for radios several levels deep. Sorry about this!
No stress at all bro! :)
Hey Alex,
I was just wondering if the issue on my other thread is similar to this one? Page: SiteOrigin – Free WordPress Themes and Plugins
Hi Abir,
It could be, but I’m leaning to the side of it being unrelated to this issue. I’ll take a look shortly.
