Quick view on Corp Theme Home page not responding

Hi guys,

I hope you are all well. What I’m trying to do is to solve the issue with quick view button on home page. I’m using Corp child theme. It’s working on Shop/[products] page but even though quick view got opened pop up, it’s still not possible to add product into cart. Page that it’s half working is woocommerce products page so there is shortcode [products] obviously.
On the home page is completely different. When you click on quick view, it’s only jump to the top of a page and in URL only add “#”. I was trying to go over threads but unfortunately I wasn’t able to find the answer.
If there is some fix please assist. My URL: https://www.simpleclickers.com/
Thank you in advance. Cheers

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi :) Thanks for posting.

Try seeking a working baseline. It’s a quick test. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin, do so in one go. In that state, does the issue resolve? If not, switch to the parent theme, does it resolve in that state?

    Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your reply. I just finished testing. Other than Page Builder, SO Widgets, SO CSS, Woocommerce, JatPack and Siteground Optimizer all other plugings have been deactivated. I cleared cache, browser cookies, tried with Chrome, Mozzila, Safari but it didnt work. Same thing happend when I switch to parent page (Corp Theme) and everything was the same. Unfortunately it was the same. On a Home page, quick view only jump to the top of a page and besides URL only add # insead of opening quick view pop up. On a shop (products) page it’s working fine. Also, shop page thumbnails has been regenerated by woocommerce.
The last thing I can try is to deactivate Siteground Optimizer as a very last option so I can give a shoot one more time but I’m affraid that it’s not going to help. But let me try that as well and I’ll let get back to you know within next 10 mins.
    Thank you Andrew. Cheers

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the feedback. Please, clear all caches and then deactivate the optimization plugin and retest. Thanks.

Hi Andrew, I deactivated Optimizer and Jatpack as well. Left active only Woocommerce, SO Page Builder, SO Widgets, SO CSS but unfortunately same thing. I was able to clear only browser cache and cookies since I deactivate Siteground Optimizer. I also cleared DNS cache as a last option but it didnt work. Same thing.

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for the feedback. For the moment, if you’d like, you can deactivate Quick View. I’ll test locally this weekend and get back to you with an update as soon as I know more.

    Hi Andrew,
You and your coleagues are so devoted and highly professional that I’m truly amazed. You know when you understand that someone there was thinking about your issue even though I’m still using free version of your product but you find some time for a quick reply and I really appreciate that. I’m not complicated nor demanding person so I already have a feeling like we solve my “Quick View” issue. If you know what I mean.
Thank you once again so when you find time for fixing this please send me a note and I’ll be happy and honered to try beta version of next Corp release.
    Cheers. Take you all care.

    Hi, I Work Here

Hi, thanks for your feedback and support, it’s most appreciated.

Today’s Corp update improves the theme’s WooCommerce shortcode handling. I wasn’t able to reproduce all of the issues you encountered so we’ll need to relook at a few things. I also made a few small additions to help the styling of the swatches plugin. Let me know once you’ve given the update a try. Reactivate Quick View and the functionality you’d like to use, let me know what isn’t working and we’ll take it from there :)
