Quick fix for North header menu visibility problem

Comments for the previous post asking for help were closed. So here’s a suggestion for everyone who is missing their menu bar since the last update:
It’s an issue with the masthead’s z-index. Here’s a quick fix for the Customizer that should work:

.page-layout-menu-overlap #masthead {
z-index: 999;}

    I’m not too sure why the comments were closed. I’m going to look into it because as far as I know, they shouldn’t be.
