Put smaller logo on left of stick menu when scrolling down page

Hello:

Using the Vantage theme (really love it!) and want to customize the sticky menu. I want to put a smaller version of the header logo on the very left of the sticky menu. Here is the link to our site:

Next to the “Home” link, I want to put a small version of the circular logo.

Is this possible?
