Put a hyperlink terms and condition to to the siteorigin form

I would like to have a checkbox to a hyperlinked t&c of my website. Please can you advice how to obtain this?

    Thanks for reaching out. Try adding a new checkbox field. In the field description you can add a link by adding the HTML manually:

    Read our terms and conditions.

    would need to be replaced with a link to your terms and conditions page.

    when I added the hyperlink in description box…the link appears as a link and not a hyperlink to what I WROTE IN LABLE. Please advice
