The Vantage Premium site will allow you to use the license on unlimited development sites but only one production website. Let me know if you have any questions.

Right now, you can’t. :( When SiteOrigin Premium is released (sometime around the end of the month) you’ll be able to purchase a license that will allow for this and it’ll also come with many other features.
