Published page shows double subscribe box?

9 years ago · Last reply by Meredith 9 years ago

Hello!

I just downloaded the Page Builder plugin and love it. Everything looks perfect, but when I go into my theme to customize, it’s showing two subscribe boxes on my home page instead of one. I never put a second subscribe box (or anything to do with a subscribe box) on the new landing page I made with Page Builder.

Any tips on how to remove one of them? I don’t have a double widget; I’ve checked everything and am not sure what the deal is. It’s the genesis e-news extended plugin that I’m using for my subscribe box, if that helps.

Thank you!!

    Hi Meredith,

So, to clarify, you never added a subscribe box? It appeared after enabling SiteOrigin Page Builder? Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

Do you know what added the subscribe box? If not, can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this removes the subscribe box? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If this does remove it, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the subscribe box comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is adding the subscribe box.

Thanks for the response! I actually just tried to hide the subscribe box with the visibility pull down and that seemed to do the trick!!
