Product gallery not shown when using site orging corp child theme

Hi,

I have downloaded site origin corp child theme from https://siteorigin.com/corp-documentation/child-theme/

When I add the product gallery only the single picture is shown and no other pictures can be found bellow as usual.

What might be wrong? My site is www.matchamagical.com

    Hi Donatas,

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a product category widget so we’re not too sure why this is happening. I would work out what is adding this widget and reaching out to the developers of the widget for assistance with this issue.

    I suspect the other products may not be appearing due to not having a featured image set so I would double check that.

    Hey thanks for your reply. I have a featured image set up yes. What do you mean that you dont have a product category widget? Didnt quite get it :)

    Hi Donatas,

    Sorry, I wasn’t very clear. That widget isn’t one of our widgets (all of our widgets are prefixed with SiteOrigin) – it was made by someone else. I would reach out to the developer of that widget for assistance with this issue.

    I see, thank you. Is there any other way to make more than one photo visible on the product page?

    I’ve run a few tests with and the Product Gallery appears to be working without issue. Can you please elaborate specifically on how it’s not working? Here’s a test product:

    Outside of creating the linked product page, no, I haven’t made any changes to your website. I’m not too sure why it wasn’t previously working for you.
