Hello everyone, I am a user of page builder, I implement it in all my sites but lately some widget does not work for me at the moment my problem is with original site carousel in the theme evolves + besides which also always uses, this widget when inserted works in preview but in the publication does not appear, another that has the same characteristics is Image Slider.
Favor if someone can help me, because my work does not progress since these two programs are fundamental for development, thank you for your help

Just to confirm, are you having issues with one of our widgets or an Evolve specific widget? If it’s an Evolve widget, I would recommend reaching out to the theme developers as we’re honestly not familiar with the code of those widgets so we’re not really able to assist with debugging. We can definitely try though!
Regardless of the above question, do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on?

Thanks for the soon contact, my work in web construction is with wordpress (version installed 4.9.5) is the theme that I use is evolver plus (version 3.8.4) of http://theme4press.com, I complement it with Page bulding to customize it and it includes the widget package SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle, which I use the widget “Image Slider” which in other installations always worked on this occasion does not appear the image loaded when I enter but this widget does not appear, the truth that this widget is necessary for us since we can edit and give me more alternatives. Your footer, overall, appears to be missing. Does anything in your footer appear? Does the slider work when you add it to the sidebar?
Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
