Problems with the plugin ‘Page Builder by SiteOrigin’

Hello!
This morning updated this plugin to version 2.1. Trying to open any page (to edit) I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /home/apoloeletricahid/public_html/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/base/siteorigin-widget.class.php on line 234

Deactivated the plugin momentarily, and everything returned to normal, but I would like to use the plugin. Is there any solution to this problem?

I am using the theme Vantage Premium, but do not know where to find the Order Number.

Sorry this horrible English, but I am Brazilian and I do not understand your language.

Thanks for listening,

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nádya

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

If you have already purchased and your order activation code hasn’t reached your PayPal email address please email us on [email protected] with your PayPal purchasing email address and we’ll email your code back.

    Let me know the outcome

    Cheers

      Hi Addo!
      Thank you for responding.

I made the way you suggested. The plugin works with all my plugins installed, except with the “Page Builder by SiteOrigin” updated. Then, delete the updated plugin SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle ‘and installed again the old plugin, version 1.1.2. This usually works with version 2.0 of the “Page Builder”.
For now I’ll use version 1.1.2, until you find a solution.

      Below the full error message:

This widget has scripts and styles that need to be loaded before you can use it. Please save and reload your current page.

You will only need to do this once.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /home/apoloeletricahid/public_html/wp-content/plugins/so-widgets-bundle/base/siteorigin-widget.class.php on line 234

found the “Order Number” is the same as used to open this ticket.
      Thank you again!

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Nádya

Sorry to hear about the hassle. We’ll have this resolved for the next version. Could you perhaps check, are you running a version of WordPress pre to 4.0? If so, please try upgrading, it should resolve the problem.
